What materials are your sarongs made from?
Our sarongs are made from high-quality, natural fibres such as organic cotton, linen, and silk. Our textiles are printed in Bali at an Oeko-Tex 100 certified company who prioritise sustainability and use eco-friendly dyes and processes to ensure our products are as environmentally sound as possible.

How do I care for my sarong?
My printer, Labda Anugerah Tekstil assures me that no special washing treatment is necessary but as with all treasures, to keep your sarong looking its best, we recommend hand washing it in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, and let it air dry in the shade. A light press with a warm iron is recommended.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a sarong if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the sarong is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Yes, each sarong is crafted with care, and our designs are created in collaboration with Australian artists. We work closely with our team of skilled artisans and Stitchers to ensure each piece is unique and of the highest quality.

What size are your sarongs?
Our sarongs are designed to be versatile and can be worn in a variety of ways. The standard size is 190 cm x115 cm, which is suitable for most body types. We also offer custom sizes upon request.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a small additional fee. You can select this option at checkout and include a personalized message with your gift.

We love working on custom projects! If you have a specific size request or colour combination of our designs in mind, please contact us to discuss your ideas, and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.
